  6. Will make them today, just a quick question;
    Is there anyone that made them with Dutched cacao? That's what I have (of course... being Dutch and living in Holland :-D)

    I've looked up different stuff and they say replace natural by Dutch one on one and add an acid like lemon juice. I made these before using Dutch cacao not adding anything and was not happy with the result.

    So far I'm thinking using Dutch and substituting the baking soda with baking powder. Any suggestions are very welcome!

    1. I'll be very curious to find out what the results will be Karen! As mine were also made with dutch cacao (being Dutch and living in Holland too) and not very nice at all.

  7. i made them w Dutch cocoa, and used 3/8 tsp bk soda and 3/8 tsp bk powder. Also, i bloomed the cocoa in hotm water instead of adding it to the dry ingredients. I hope you get this reply on time.
