December 2014: Dark Chocolate Eclairs

What happens in 2015, you ask? Well, the results of the survey on the recipe source for 2015 showed overwhelming support for Christina Marsigliese's blog, Scientifically Sweet. Although she published a recipe book, we will be using the recipes that are on her blog. I have no doubt you'll want to buy her book after the bake-along (I have it and it's awesome!).

  1. Does the January's muffin recipe offer measurements in grams and ounces? I don't remember the last time I bake measuring in cups!

    1. @Flour.ish.en, if you look at her more recent recipes, you'll see weight measurements. You'll need to do a little bit of math to figure this one out. 1 cup of flour = ~5 oz in her recipes. And 1/3 cup cocoa powder will be about 1 oz. I hope that helps.
