    Hi Hanaa. Why did you decide to drop the thumbnail photos?

      Karen, unfortunately it's not by choice. For some reason, the tool is not allowing to use thumbnails, stating that my "trial period has expired". Wasn't aware that I was in a trial period to begin with. Long story short, if I want to continue using thumbnails, I have to pay :(
