    The original recipe for today was Choc Dipped Cheesecake-sicles but I changed it to Congo Brownies about a week or two ago. Karen of Baking Soda probably didn't see that change and posted her choc dipped cheesecake bites.     Haha sorry Hanâa... I never got that change (probably on holidaying already and thought to be smart and set it up for posting before I left. (Feeling even smarter because I already did something very similar with the Daring Bakers).

    Can you imagine my surprise to see all the congo brownies popping up?
